This Malbec Barrel Selection from Salentein elegantly expresses the purity of the Uco Valley. Deep and intense purple-red in color, the nose displays a complex aromatic explosion: ripe red fruits, blackberries and black blueberries in the foreground, accompanied by subtle floral notes of violet that provide freshness. The palate is sweet and enveloping, with juicy and vibrant fruit that is balanced by refreshing acidity and elegant touches of aging in French barrels (vanilla and soft spices). Medium-high body, broad on the mid-palate and with polished tannins that lead to a long, persistent and balanced finish.
