For this rosé de noir, each harvest we harvest Malbec, Tannat and Syrah early in our organic and biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. We press, macerate and spontaneously ferment each varietal separately with its indigenous yeasts and depending on the expression of each cut we then compose this fresh assemblage that varies each vintage. Without clarification: vegan certification. Our Nuna rosé in the glass presents an irresistible and delicate Provence-style muted pink color. Its expressive floral perfume and subtle notes of berries reach the nose. In the mouth its natural acidity is confirmed, as is its simple and fruity character.
