View: intense ruby red color with dark violet or black reflections. Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, lamb, ham, pork, empanadas, pastas with rich sauces or roasted fish. Its structure makes it versatile for robust meals, but its freshness allows it to be enjoyed alone in a contemplative tasting. Serve at 16-18°C to enhance its complexity.
