Tasting notes & pairing

On the nose, it presents aromas of raspberry, blackberry and a touch of spices, with notes of violets and vanilla. In the mouth, it is round, with flavors of red fruits, cocoa and a hint of pepper. The tannins are soft, with balanced acidity. The finish is medium, with notes of fresh fruit. Pairs with meat empanadas, roast or Manchego cheese.
