Description

Malo is produced using a selective technique for wine making, called microvinification, where each barrel is controlled at all times. We begin this process, completely artisanal, choosing the best grapes from our special lots. We then ferment the wine in small batches inside special containers at controlled temperatures, before aging the wine, and rotating each barrel by hand. The result?
